South Land Title, LLC is 100% locally owned and operated under the leadership of President Patrick F. Doyle just as they have been for the last 15 years.
With becoming our own agency, we have added a local Title Plant dimension to our operation. This allows us the flexibility to examine properties “in house” and produce work product in a more effective manner. The Title Plant is locally operated out of Galveston County, not outsourced overseas or outside of Texas. Bringing new jobs to our community!
